WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE INVOLVED IN THIS PROGRAMME?

Again, this will depend on the individual, but the programme is tailored to develop your overall wellbeing. We’ll work together on making you feel more confident in your own skin. So whether this means helping you focus and relax after a workout with a meditation session, helping you develop the tools needed to manage your weight better, or even achieving specific fitness goals, we can help customise the programme to suit your needs and personalise session to include: Yoga, Meditation, Massage, Diet, Fitness and flexibility and more.

HOW WILL THE HEALTH AND BODY TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME HELP ME?

During your consultation, we will sit down and discuss exactly what you want to get out of your training sessions. We will address what you believe your weaknesses to be and together create a plan of action to address each area. This could range from struggling to sleep to an over-active mind. No matter how trivial you feel a specific problem to be, we will work at implementing a programme to achieve your goals. Each goal completed, no matter how small, will be another step forward to creating a healthy mind/body balance.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE I START THIS PROGRAMME?

This is the simple part. You just need to give us an idea of what it is you want to achieve and leave the rest to us. All we ask for in return is that you’re able to commit. Each individual has a different tolerance and capacity, so we will always take this into account, but you must first want to change or achieve a specific goal. We will help you in every way we can, but you must want to make the adjustment for yourself. It’s important to note how through nutrition and exercise the mind and body are inextricably linked.
