WHAT ARE THE BENIFITS OF REHABILITATION?
Our injury restoration programme aims to regain pre-injury levels of the body’s overall fitness and wellbeing. Benefits include the prevention of re-injury, increasing functional activity and muscle reconditioning. We can also treat anything from rotator cuff strain, AC joint rehabilitation and patellofemoral pain through to back injury and stroke recovery. You also don’t necessarily have to have a major injury to benefit from any form of rehabilitation. We can help decrease muscle soreness, increase flexibility, coordination and balance.
