Phil has a vast knowledge of sports nutrition and proven training techniques to suit the individual. He believes in a “wellbeing-first” humanistic approach to his personal training and strives to bring out the best in his clients, both physically and mentally. Having trained both Olympic athletes and individuals that have competed at a national level, Phil has a vast amount of experience and can tailor a training programme for the most experienced clients. As well as specialising in progressive training techniques, Phil has extensive knowledge in transforming the most novice of clients, with specific focus on weight loss and conditioning.

JAMES KEY
PERSONAL TRAINER

Many of James' clients start out with limited mobility or life limiting conditions. His passion lies in using exercise to help his clients rehabilitate from injury or to simply move in ways they never thought possible. Not one to be restricted in his client base, he also coaches successful athletes in horse riding, wrestling and Olympic lifting amongst others. So whether you're not sure if you can even start to exercise or if your an athlete looking to improve your performance, James is the ideal trainer for you. He's never met a client he hasn't been able to help yet so if you feel like you can't exercise, to quote James "motion is lotion". We'll bet he can get you feeling better than you thought possible.

He will support you physically, nutritionally, and psychologically, providing a holistic approach to your health and wellbeing. He has been a personal trainer for over 15 years and can help you to succeed whatever your goal.
