Many of James' clients start out with limited mobility or life limiting conditions. His passion lies in using exercise to help his clients rehabilitate from injury or to simply move in ways they never thought possible. Not one to be restricted in his client base, he also coaches successful athletes in horse riding, wrestling and Olympic lifting amongst others.
