Depending on your personal situation, we will first carry out a preventative injury risk assessment, before establishing a programme suited for your requirements. Sports Prehabilitation is also great for increasing your overall performance well-being
WHAT ARE THE BENIFITS OF PREHABILITATION?
Our sports prehabilitation programme with help you correct muscle length imbalance whilst aiding in you achieving a better posture. We will help joint alignment and work with you on increasing your flexibility and range of motion. For the more athletic, we will prepare your body for muscular endurance and help increase your overall proprioception. Overall, our programme will ultimately decrease the risk of sporting injury, allowing you to both train and perform at full capacity.
